The tools presented during the training have completely changed the way I think about time.
The approach is very easy to understand and extremely beneficial, and can be put into practice right away.
This training saved me at least a day on my schedule, not to mention all the other benefits.
I recommend this approach, which I believe is essential for any business leader who wants to boost their efficiency and free up more time.

The main goal is to improve well-being
Everyone should take this time-management course, because the main goal is to improve your well-being—so you can go home feeling like you’ve done a good job, rather than having procrastinated due to a lack of time or poor organization!

Excellent training on time management.
By far, this is the one that has helped me the most in becoming more efficient while staying true to my values.
The very next day, I started using the Pomodoro Technique and established a set of “unwritten” rules for the agency: the impact was immediate and lasting.
Thank you, Alain, for the clarity, the pace, and the practical tools!

Turn your time management into a tool for boosting performance… but above all, for peace of mind.
I had the opportunity to take Alain Humbert’s training course, and I can confirm: he’s more than just a trainer—he’s a true mentor. His method, which is simple, structured, and practical, helps transform time management into a tool for boosting performance… but above all, for achieving peace of mind. An inspiring journey that commands respect—and… he’s from the Ardèche, which doesn’t hurt! Kudos for this wonderful initiative designed to help executives take back control of their schedules.

Before the training, I had trouble meeting deadlines for my work projects.
Before the training, I had trouble meeting deadlines for my work projects.
At home, I had a hard time organizing certain family activities.
Why? Because “I didn’t have time.”
So I was preparing and carrying out the activities as they arrived, on the fly, and couldn't accommodate everyone.
Now, my work projects are back on track, I’ve gained three hours a week for technology research, and at home, my wife seems happier.

The training enabled the executive team to focus on key priorities
The time management training enabled the members of the SOS Intérim executive committee to:
To understand each person’s professional needs and be able to adapt to them as effectively as possible
To coordinate better as a group and thus spend much less time trying to sync our schedules throughout the year
There will always be 24 hours in a day; even though we neither gain nor lose time, the training enabled the executive team to focus on the most important tasks.

Over the course of those three days, we found ourselves finally talking about the essential things we’d been hoping for from our agency
Since time management is a somewhat vague concept, we expected to attend a very theoretical training session on the importance of tracking our work hours, but fortunately, that wasn’t the case.
Over the course of those three days, we found ourselves finally discussing the fundamental things we expected from our agency: what it should stand for, what we wanted it to become, and what it could improve upon. We took the time to listen to one another in order to understand each person’s goals and turn them into a shared objective.
Understanding these goals and being able to quantify them in terms of time has also allowed us to improve the way we support each person in their projects.
By determining the appropriate amount of work for a given week, we strive to give all our employees the opportunity to feel more at ease and have greater autonomy in managing their projects.
Before this training, we hadn't fully realized that they themselves were the ones seeking this autonomy.
By gradually regaining control of our schedules and our client relationships, we are setting ourselves up for long-term, high-quality growth of our agency.
We also learn how to take back control of the time we don’t spend working, so we can enjoy it more.

This training program is a very powerful tool
This training program is a very powerful tool. Beyond the techniques (which are effective!), it focuses on the meaning behind our missions and our choices.
By reflecting on the values that drive me, I now understand why I devote time to this particular activity and why I set aside others.
When I feel overwhelmed, and things aren’t fitting into my schedule the way I’d like them to, I go back and read the notes I took during the training to remind myself of what’s important.

Time management has always been one of my biggest challenges
Time management has always been one of my biggest challenges.
Today, I can say that I’ve managed to solve this problem thanks to this training.
This training program draws its strength from grounding time management in each individual’s personal values, which are then translated into goals and subgoals.
The result is a very useful and quickly implementable system for prioritizing both work time and personal time.

This training was very rewarding
This training was very rewarding. My job involves a wide range of responsibilities: management, administrative tasks, and technical oversight—not to mention the countless phone calls, all the work meetings, and, of course, all the unexpected issues. Now, each of these tasks has its place in my schedule.
It might sound strange, but I take the time to plan my schedule. As a result, I feel less overwhelmed. The result of all this is that I almost always finish on time…

I’ve always taken great pride in completing my tasks as quickly as possible, moving from one task to the next, and sometimes multitasking…
I’ve been working for over 30 years, and I’ve always taken great pride in completing my tasks as quickly as possible, moving from one task to the next, and sometimes multitasking: it made me feel agile.
My time-management training in 2018 was the first step: I realized that I needed to prioritize first, that I should start by organizing my workday instead of diving straight into my inbox…
I had clearly understood how important the trainer considered this to be and had set aside some time every morning to plan my day: but since I saw it as a chore and lacked conviction, my natural tendencies took over at the first opportunity…
Then, more recently, I realized that I could sometimes spend an entire day—or even longer—on tasks that add little value to the growth of my business.
So I decided to use the time slot I set aside for planning my day solely for that purpose and to add regular time slots for high-value-added tasks.
I also realized how much the different activities I do throughout the day can require very different amounts of energy: instead of making calls at random throughout my workday, I decided to schedule all my client calls during a single time slot, which is set aside every day in my calendar.
In short, my week is slowly but surely falling into place, and I can really feel the benefits for both my work and my well-being!!!

Before the training, my schedule was at everyone's mercy
Before the training, my schedule was at everyone else's mercy.
I couldn't get my priorities to take precedence. I couldn't do it because I didn't know what they were. I didn't know how to define them, how to prioritize them, or how to set aside time for them.
The training method made me realize that my time belonged to me and that I had the power to manage it.
These days, I think about managing my time every single day. I’m not an expert yet, but I’m making progress with the joy and wonder of someone who’s discovering their new home and all the ways they can improve it—with an unlimited budget, since they’re the sole banker of their own time!

The method I learned in training helped me take stock of my work habits
I found this training course to be practical in both content and format—something everyone should hear.

After two days of training, my colleague and I were thrilled
At the start of the training session, the trainer asked us about our expectations. Mine were clear and reflected my values: team cohesion, efficiency, and practical application.
After two days of training, my colleague and I were delighted to have been able to share ideas and establish a joint schedule that now allows us to work with greater flexibility and clarity.

The method I learned in training helped me take stock of my work habits
Every week for the past three years or so, when I looked at my schedule, despite all my attempts to get organized, I felt depressed.
It wasn't because I was afraid of the work, or because I no longer liked my job, but because it was a constant headache—with every email, every phone call from a doctor or a family member—trying to squeeze someone into an appointment, not to mention emergencies and unexpected situations…
I think I fell victim to the infamous “burnout” after ten years in the private sector; my work felt more like a grind than the passion it once was. And then there was that APM meeting, to which I was invited by a good friend of mine, with the theme: time management.
It was a real eye-opener—a different, original take on the concept of time, which I had come to see as my sworn enemy.
I revised my schedule by adding the magic words: “recurring,” “wildcard,” and “urgent.”
I approach my workdays differently; I’m asked much less often to find an urgent appointment, and even when I am, I pull out my “wild card.”
I start my appointments with a clear head, free from the recurring issues that don’t disrupt the normal flow of the day; I’m more focused during consultations, I’m rediscovering the joy of talking with patients, and I no longer feel like I’m just going through the motions.
I’ve managed to gain some control over my time by making a few simple changes at work and in my personal life, which has allowed me to get back into sports and spend more time with my family.

In just two days of training, teams leave with a clear framework they can put into practice the very next morning
I hired Crono Concept (formerly known as EcloHésion) without realizing just how much room for improvement we would find in our time management.

The trainer’s practical approach is a real asset that quickly resonates with the teams.

I recommend this course to anyone who has ever come home feeling frustrated, thinking they hadn't been productive
In my opinion, the main challenge a manager faces when it comes to time management is that we are constantly torn between administrative tasks and hands-on work.
As a result, the major tasks we need to tackle or the to-do lists we make at the start of the day aren’t always completed on time and are all too often put off until the next day.
This training helped me realize that time we don’t use wisely is lost forever, and that if we plan all our appointments, daily tasks, major projects, small tasks, and “buffer time,” we can handle unexpected events and interruptions without derailing our schedule.
The day after the training, I set up my digital calendar and scheduled my appointments, as well as my work and personal tasks.
It has really helped me become more efficient; for example, meetings and weekly updates with my team are more productive and better organized because, since they’re scheduled, I prepare for them step by step leading up to the day of the meeting.
My personal life is also more organized; when I schedule a workout in my calendar, I stick to it and go for it
I recommend this course to anyone who has ever come home feeling frustrated, thinking they hadn't been productive that day.

Much more than just a time-management course, this training was a real eye-opener for me and helped me identify the issues that were causing a lot of stress at work.
This training prompted a lot of self-reflection and taught me how to manage my time, especially when it comes to working with others.
This course is the first step on the path to inner peace!
