Solving or helping to solve technical problems in a collaborative and engaging way requires strong skills in taking a step back, communicating, and facilitating.
Who is this training intended for?
Audience:
Anyone facing complex problems (involving a large volume of data, multiple stakeholders, various influencing factors, and potential solutions, etc.) that require consensus when selecting solutions. Individuals who lead or participate in problem-solving groups.
Prerequisites:
Ideally, participants will have completed training in meeting facilitation, but this is not required.

Training Program
Day 1
- STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
- IDENTIFY AND PRIORITIZE THE CAUSES
- DESIGNING SOLUTIONS
Day 2
- SELECT SOLUTIONS
- IMPLEMENT SOLUTIONS AND MONITOR THEM
- CASE STUDY: RADIO EMERGENCIES
- PRACTICAL EXERCISES BASED ON REAL-LIFE CASES SUBMITTED BY THE TRAINEES
Course objectives:
- Become familiar with a comprehensive approach to problem-solving.
- Know how to effectively use the main tools for identifying and analyzing a problem.
- Know how to effectively use the most effective tools for finding solutions, supporting decision-making, and tracking actions.
- Knowing how to guide a group toward consensus during key stages of its operations.
