Day 2

  • RESISTANCE TO CHANGE
  • THE ROLE OF MIDDLE MANAGEMENT

Day 3

  • A fun review of the tools and methods we’ve covered.
  • A compilation of the trainees' achievements and progress.
  • Resolving questions and issues raised by trainees using collective intelligence methods.

Course objectives:

  • Understanding and Applying the Grief Curve in Managing Individuals Affected by Change
  • Assess your organization’s readiness for change.
  • Mastering the four pillars of successful change: consultation, leadership, communication, and support
  • Know how to prevent, identify, and overcome the main causes of resistance.
