Quality Certification
In January 2017, we were certified as a “Quality Training Organization” under the AFNOR NF 214 standard, and in 2021 we switched to Qualiopi certification.

Our Approach
Educational

Privacy
We are committed to maintaining (and ensuring the maintenance of) strict confidentiality regarding everything that trainees say during the training.

Neutrality
We always maintain absolute neutrality and respect the integrity of every intern, without making any value judgments, whether internally or externally, including with the intern’s supervisors or the Human Resources department.
3.
Independence
We never try to “convince” a trainee that we are right or that our tools are the best. Through discussion, examples, role-playing, and stepping back to gain perspective, we do everything we can to inspire trainees to make changes in their practice or try out a new tool.
4.
Practical
The nature of the topics covered dictates that the balance between theory and practice varies from one module to another. Nevertheless, we are committed to never spending more than 25 minutes on theoretical instruction before moving on to an exercise, a role-play, or any other activity in which the trainee is actively involved.
5.
Trust
Our instructors are experts in group facilitation. They know how to create an atmosphere of trust and support that encourages participants to take risks and push themselves—essential steps for making meaningful and lasting progress.

Pleasure
Finally, we do everything we can to ensure that each training session is an enjoyable experience for every participant— an experience that will not only enhance the effectiveness of the training but also motivate employees to continue their professional development.
