Hiring the Right People (Training)
Recruiting is a strategic decision for any company.
This training course teaches participants how to define a job role using a job description template, attract a sufficient number of resumes and screen them, assess candidates’ skills, and make the most of the probationary period.
Participants will also learn how to optimize the “public relations” aspect at every stage of the recruitment process.
Hire the Right People (Coaching)
As part of our support services, we assistat every stage of the recruitment process, from needs assessment through to the end of the probationary period.
We help you define the job role and key competencies, identify and screen candidates, and then conduct interviews and role-playing exercises to assess candidates’ actual capabilities.
To ensure a successful transition into the role, we continue to support both the company and the new hire through the end of the probationary period, helping to refine, validate, and solidify the onboarding process.

The purpose of this audit was to identify sources of tension and recommend actions to restore calm.

Training Course: "Hiring the Right People."
I was completely at a loss; I couldn’t step back to ask myself the right questions or decide whether to work with a recruitment firm or handle it internally.
The "Recruiting Without Making Mistakes" training course gave me a great set of tools for understanding all the recruitment processes and best practices.
I realized that the position I was seeking was of great importance and that I wasn’t able to handle it myself due to time constraints.
The only thing I did was create the job description.
I was able to find someone without going through the interview and skills assessment process because she came from another organization and I already knew her.
If I were to hire someone for a lower-level position, I would be able to do so after completing this training without going through a recruitment agency.

Hérault [Housing] is a rapidly expanding departmental public housing organization.
Audits conducted by the Interministerial Housing Mission and the Regional Chamber of Accounts identified areas for improvement, both in the organization of the Executive Committee and in the overall management of Hérault [Logement].
So I turned to [EcloHésion] for help with implementing our strategy, processes, and organizational structure. (…)
The main points to be addressed were discussed openly and candidly during a conversation that laid bare my own personality.

Training course: “Leading Change with Discipline and Compassion.”
In order to carry out an ambitious business initiative aimed at implementing a new environmental policy, I felt it was necessary to secure the approval of the group’s management, but above all to engage all 200 employees of the subsidiary in a new culture of involvement, with the ultimate goal of fostering their ownership of this policy.
The change management training provided me with the theoretical tools I needed to refine and develop my project plan.
The instructor’s kindness and attentiveness, along with the course structure—including its hands-on workshops—are undeniably the highlights of the training program when it comes to applying theory to practice.
The action plan developed throughout the training program has also made it easy to implement my project, which has been approved by senior management. So far, it has been a resounding success and is expected to continue.
